All appraisal reconsideration must be initiated and filled out by the mortgage broker using the AMC specific form. The completed AMC reconsideration form to be emailed to appraisalreports@clearedgelending.com.
All ROV requests must be reviewed and approved by CEL Credit prior to submission to the AMC. If the request is supported, the LAM is notified to send the reconsideration request to the AMC.
Please Note: All communication regarding the reconsideration will be from CEL management or LAMs to the AMC. The appraiser cannot be contacted directly.
