All appraisal reconsideration must be initiated and filled out by the mortgage broker using the AMC specific form. The completed AMC reconsideration form to be emailed to appraisalreports@clearedgelending.com.
UW managers will review the completed reconsideration request to determine if it is supported. If the request is supported, the LAM is notified to send the reconsideration request to the AMC.
Please Note: All communication regarding the reconsideration will be from CEL management or LAMs to the AMC. The appraiser cannot be contacted directly.
